What is an agentic keyboard?

An agentic keyboard is a mobile keyboard that can understand intent and take action, not just correct words or predict the next phrase. It turns the keyboard into an always-available command surface for mobile AI.

Instead of switching from Messages to Maps to a booking app, an agentic keyboard can search, summarize, compose, book, or share from the place where you are already typing.

What can you do with an agentic keyboard?

From quick searches to multi-step workflows — here's how agentic keyboards change daily phone use.

Search without switching

Looking up a restaurant, flight, or fact while messaging a friend — no app switching required. The keyboard handles the search and brings results inline.

Contextual booking

Booking a dinner reservation or ride while discussing plans in a chat. The keyboard detects the intent and offers booking actions with your preferred services.

Smart composition

Drafting emails, messages, or posts in the right tone with context from the conversation — not just grammar fixes, but content-aware writing assistance.

Workflow shortcuts

Running multi-step workflows — like 'send my ETA to the group chat' or 'add this event to my calendar and share the link' — from a single keyboard command.
